Westpark Plaza is a planned transit-oriented mixed-use community along Route 7 in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. The project is located at the new Greensboro Metro Station on the newly developed Silver Line. Two dynamic 31-story buildings will house approximately 1,200 residential units providing both market rate and workforce apartments.

Residential amenity spaces and street level retail space is located along Route 7 to activate the streetscape. The buildings of Westpark Plaza will achieve a LEED Silver certification. The project will be a major component in redeveloping Tyson’s Corner into an active urban environment planned around public transportation.
