Grace McLean

Architectural Designer

Growing up, Grace visited Washington, DC many times with her family. Time spent exploring the city's monuments and public spaces fostered both a lasting connection to DC and an early appreciation for architecture. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where that appreciation developed into a passion for design that thoughtfully considers both people and place.

Grace was first drawn to the practice of architecture for the unique challenge of balancing creativity, technical rigor, and complex problem-solving. As a designer, she is inspired by architecture's ability to enhance everyday life and believes that thoughtful design can bring beauty, comfort, and intention to ordinary experiences and the spaces people inhabit every day.

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys getting lost in a good book, searching for the best cappuccino in town, and exploring the many monuments, gardens, museums, and parks throughout Arlington and Washington, DC.
