Felipe Turriago-Borrero
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CONSULTANT
Felipe Turriago-Borrero is an architectural design consultant at MTFA with experience in commercial design, master planning, mixed-use developments, complex government projects, and the repositioning of existing commercial buildings in the US and abroad. He earned his professional degree in architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia. Early in his career, Felipe was an avid participant in design competitions that helped launch his professional practice, which he later developed in partnership with his wife.
Felipe’s work is guided by a human-centered, sustainable design approach and a collaborative mindset, supporting multidisciplinary teams in delivering thoughtful, performance-driven solutions aligned with client goals and community impact. Outside of practice, Felipe enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs and has a strong interest in travel, art, architecture, and exploring new places and cultures.
