MTFA Architecture has worked under multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with the General Services Administration to provide architectural, engineering and technology services for significant historic buildings and modern buildings that provide a broad array of government functions.

Work has involved projects for the National Capital Region as well as for the Central Office for more than a decade. These projects involve renovations and upgrades to meet current functional requirements, technology needs, security, accessibility and sustainability. Work includes coordination with historic and review agencies, restoration of treasured exteriors and interiors and adaptive reuse of existing space.
