Project costs range from $26,000 to more than $15 million.

These projects involve more that 1.6 million square feet of renovations and upgrades to meet current functional requirements, technology and security needs, accessibility, sustainability and to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Work includes coordination with historic and review agencies, restoration of treasured exteriors and interiors, and adaptive reuse of existing space. MTFA is responsible for "honoring the past while imagining the future" through sensitive and creative design solutions.

MTFA's dedication to each project and their ability to respond to multiple, simultaneous task orders has garnered them high respect from the GSA and associated government agencies for providing innovative solutions and design excellence.
