Westpark Plaza is a 31-story residential building that will have approximately 550 residential apartment units. The building is phase 1 of a planned transit-oriented mixed-use community on a site located along Route 7 in Tysons Corner, Virginia at the new Greensboro Metro station on the newly developed Silver Line.

Residential amenity spaces and street level service/commercial space is located along Route 7 to activate the streetscape. Loading and parking is accommodated for in a 5 story parking structure that is built into the slope of the site. The building is positioned to engage the street edge with illustrative sidewalks and elements.

The inner edge of the building creates a neighborhood park. Interim uses on the site for future building phases will include public park space, green space, athletic activity areas, and a farmer’s market. The building will achieve a LEED Silver certification. It will be a major component in redeveloping the site and Tyson’s Corner into an active urban environment planned around public transportation.
