This transit oriented, urban, mixed-use commercial and retail development was designed to support the active use of clean technology in a "class A" commercial office and retail building. The building is an eight-story concrete structure with 168,000 square feet of leasable space.

Centrally located in Arlington, Va., the site is less than 10 minutes from Reagan National Airport. The primary building entry is across the street from the Metro and the Arlington Courthouse. This south facing entry facade is designed to accommodate multiple simultaneous PV glass and nano-technology working prototypes to test and monitor their performance for research, education and practical market development.

The flexible 40-foot, column-free structural planning bays are designed to serve a variety of government and commercial tenant types. An extensive vegetative roof and active educational conference center is located on the penthouse level. A model of sustainable development, the building was designed to exceed the standards of USGBC LEED Gold certification.
