Commissioned by a national real estate developer as a "Class A" for- rent residential community, this project includes 165 residential units, retail and a community center.

Located prominently along a popular hiking biking trail and adjacent to dedicated park land, it is designed to anchor the adjacent community while addressing the edge of a busy, four-lane street.

It is envisioned to be an environmentally sensitive modern design that uses sustainable materials and systems to achieve a LEED Silver certification. The project includes 165 apartments, support and amenity spaces, sidewalk-level retail and a nationally branded grocery store.
