Foster, FAIA, Principal - Founder of MTFA Architecture, Inc., and former chairman of the Arlington Planning Commission, Michael brings extensive experience in a wide range of project types that improve communities, the public design process and people's lives by integrating civic leadership, effective public policy and innovative architectural design.
James Clark, FAIA, Principal - Working to build bridges from academy to practice, James has built an outstanding professional career dedicated to design excellence. He has been president of the local and state components of the American Institute of Architects and was chairman for the Professional Excellence Commission in Virginia. He has shaped the office culture with a contagious love for the design of meaningful architectural environments.
David Voorhies, AIA, LEED AP, Principal - David has more than 28 years of experience and is dedicated to holistic design, sustainability and the advancement of technology for the built environment. His accomplished design work is diverse, ranging from historic preservation to high-tech secure facilities for the government.
Dale Leidich, AIA, Associate Principal - Dale is an accomplished architect with more than 25 years managing complex projects and experience in a broad base of project delivery methods. He has degrees in architecture, construction management and business administration. The combination of his background and experience has made him an affective and adaptable design professional.
Meagan Jancy, AIA, LEED AP, Senior Associate - As a project architect and manager, Meagan integrates sustainable design practices for education, government and civic projects of varying sizes. Meagan is integral in collaborative design teams. Her experience and ability have distinguished her among peers and clients as a well organized leader with a commitment to client satisfaction, technical quality and design excellence.
Brian Vassallo, AIA, Senior Associate - As a senior designer and manager, Brian has a creative and holistic approach to solving the unique design challenges for each of his projects. His involvement, from concept sketch through construction, ensures that the design principles of the project are carried through to the built environment.
Philippe Jentsch, AIA, Senior Project Designer - Philippe is an award-winning designer experienced in multifamily, mixed-use and master planning projects. He has led multidisciplinary professional teams from early programming to final occupancy. Passionate about architecture and design, Philippe not only generates engaging early studies but also follows them through development and construction to ensure that the essence, sensitivity and enthusiasm of the initial concept remains well integrated in the project's DNA.
Sathya Moorthy, RA, LEED AP, Project Architect - Sathya is an accomplished architect with more than 12 years of diverse experience in the design and development of government and commercial facilities. He is a registered architect in Virginia and a LEED accredited professional. Sathya is an expert in energy efficiency and USGBC LEED design.
